U-Drive

Das U-Drive ist ein günstiger HMI Kontroller, ideal für OEM Applikationen. Ein helles TFT Display mit Touchscreenoption bietet bei viertel VGA einen weiten Betrachtungswinkel. CAN-Engine

Die CAN Engine ist ein C/C++ programmierbarer Embedded Kontroller mit CAN Unterstützung. Ideal für Netzwerke, Automotive, Industrieprozesssteuerungen, Datenerfassung und insbesondere für OEM Anwendungen.

R-Drive

Mit nur 99x91mm ist der R-Drive (RD) ein leistungstarker Industrie Embedded Kontroller. Die Vielzahl von Anschlussmöglichkeiten wie Ethernet, RS232/485/422, CompactFlash, Analog I/Os und Solenoid Drivers, eignen sich bestens für präzise Datenerfassungsanwendungen, Steuerung von Industrieprozessen oder Remote Kommunikation logger.

RM

Das RM Board ist angelehnt an den R-Drive Kontroller von TERN, aber mit zusätzlichen Features versehen, die vorallem für den Support an Industriellen Kundenspezifischen Bedürfnissen OEM angepasst wurden. Er ist mit 114x132 mm grösser, bietet jedoch mit einem, Onboard Modem, Ethernet, Serielle Schnittstellen, CompactFlash, ADCs, DACs, Solenoid drivers, DB9 oder ein RJ11 mit Schraubklemmen bessere Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Das RM basiert auf einem Highperformance 80 MHz 186 CPU mit 16-bit externen Datenbus, sowie ein 16-bit Flash und SRAM.

EL

Das EL ist ein preiswertes, gut abgerundertes Board, dass für verschiedenste Embedded Anwendungen eingesetzt werden kann. Der C/C++ programmierbarer hochleistungs Kontroller basiert auf einem 40 oder 80MHz 16-bit CPU und verfügt über ein Highspeed TCP/IP Netztwerk, 24-bit ADCs, DACs, High-Voltage I/Os und einem integriertem Graphik Display. 

GE

Die Graphik-Engine(GE) ist ein Industriekontroller, der ideal für Benutzerorientierte Anwendungen ist. Der erstklassige LCD Kontroller (S1D13705) ist Onboard verfügt über einen internen 80KB Bildspeicher und supportet ein Ultra helles und mit einem sehr gutem Blickwinkel ausgestattetes TFT Farbdisplay (QVGA 320x240 pixels). Der Touchscreenkontroller (ADS7846) ist vorgesehen für ein 4-Draht Resistive Touch.

TinyDrive-86

Das TD86 ist gemacht für robuste Industrie Anwendungen die kompakte Messungen, überlegene Leistung und eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit erforden. Es bietet eine komplett C/C++ programmierbares Computer System mit einem 16-bit, 40 MHz CPU (186). Das TD86 unterstützt einen 16-bit externen Data bus, 24 TTL bi-directional I/O's sowie 16Ch Highspeed ADC und 4Ch Highspeed DAC.

TinyDrive-40

The TinyDrive-40m (TD40) is designed for industrial control applications that require solenoid drivers and protected high-voltage inputs. Measuring 4.8 by 3.4 by 0.5 inches, the TD40 offers a complete C/C++ programmable computer system with a 16-bit, 40 MHz CPU (Am188ES-compatible, AMD). The TD40 supports 35 high-voltage I/O lines, 24 TTL bi-directional I/O pins, eleven 12-bit ADC, two 12-bit DAC, three RS-232/RS-485 ports, a real-time clock, batter, watchdog timer, PWM, three timer/counters, 512-byte EEPROM, up to 512 KB SRAM, and 512 KB ROM/Flash.

SmartLCD

The SmartLCD is a complete user interface that includes a graphic LCD, touch screen, CCFL backlighting, LCD controller (SED1335), and a C/C++ programmable controller (Am188ES-compatible processor). The on-board power supplies support a 5V switching regulator, -24V, programmable contrast voltage, and CCFL.

Sensor Core

The SensorCore(SC) is designed as a low-cost, low-power data logger for the most demanding analog data-acquisition applications. R-Engine-L

The RL is a controller designed for modern industrial machine control applications. This industrial embedded controller integrates 20 isolated opto-coupler inputs, 35 solenoid drivers, 100 Base- T Ethernet connection, 5 RS232/485/422 serial ports, and CompactFlash mass data storage support on a single PCB. It is ideal for industrial process control, high speed LAN, or remote communication machine control applications.

R-Box

Boxed in an extruded aluminum enclosure of 4.0x3.2 inches, the R-Box RB) is designed as a low cost, portable data logger, and an industrial embedded controller. It integrates 16-bit ADCs, 16-bit DACs, 4-20 mA drivers, RS232/485/422, Relays, Opto-couplers, and CompactFlash for mass local data storage.

R-Engine-A

The R-Engine-A (RA) is intended for OEM applications requiring high speed, mass data storage, and up to 40 channels of analog data acquisition. It is ideal for precision data acquisition, industrial process control, and battery-powered solutions for applications requiring mass data exchange. The R-Engine-A (RA) is a high performance C/C++ programmable controller with a 16-bit external bus. The RA design uses parallel ADCs which directly interface to the high performance CPU via a true 16-bit data bus allowing for a single I/O instruction per 12-bit ADC reading. A CompactFlash card, up to 1GB, can be inserted for mass data storage.

R-Engine

The R-Engine (RE) is a high performance, low cost, C/C++ programmable controller, and the first TERN controller based on either the Am186ER CPU (RE40, 40 MHz, 16-bit CPU, AMD), or the similar R1100 CPU (RE80, 80 Mhz, 16-bit CPU, RDC). It is intended for industrial process control and high-speed data acquisition, and especially ideal for OEM applications. The RE40 has 32KB internal RAM, which fulfills many embedded OEM product SRAM requirement. No external SRAM would be required for an OEM version of the RE86. This increase system reliability, decrease power consumption and cost.

MiniDrive-88

Low-cost, high performance, C/C++ programmable, 16-bit industrial controller. It is designed for embedded applications that require compactness, low power consumption, high reliability with protected I/Os. The MD88is designed for industrial control applications that require solenoid drivers and protected high-voltage inputs. There are 35 high-voltage I/O lines routed to screw terminals and headers, including 7 inputs, 14 outputs, and 14 hardware-configurable inputs or outputs. The inputs can take up to 35V DC. The outputs are capable of sinking 350 mA at 50V per line, and they can directly drive solenoids, relays, or lights.

FlashCore-N

The FlashCore-N is a board designed for projects requiring mass serial communication capabilities. It is a C/C++ programmable embedded controller based on 40 MHz 186 CPU with 16-bit external data bus. The FN integrates 10 UARTs, 8 16-bit ADC inputs, 4 12-bit DACs and a 50-pin CompactFlash interface. In order to support high-speed communications, the FN serial ports are handled via DMA or deep FIFO (64 bytes), able to handle very high loads without losing any data.

FlashCore-B

Portable programmable Mass Data Storage, w/ PC-compatible file-system, 8 ch. 16-bit ADC, DACs, ultra-low current quiescent current regulator. Measuring 2.1 x 2.35 inches, the FlashCore-B (FB) from TERN provides a simple interface for a 50-pin CompactFlash (CF) Card.

Ethernet Engine

80 MHz Ethernet controller with high-performance hardware TCP/IP stack, USB 1.1/2.0 slave interface, high-speed ADC, CompactFlash filesystem. The ideal TCP-powered embedded stand-alone board. High performance, low cost, C/C++ programmable controller based on a 40 MHz R8820(5V) or 80MHz R1120(3.3V) 16-bit CPU. Ideal for both OEM or prototyping purposes, the EE is intended for demanding networked industrial process control and networked high-speed data acquisition applications.

C-Eye

BirdBox-A

Single-board UI controller w/ 4 UARTs, LCD, keypad, enclosure, can be used to convert protocols into different formats, for communication among different systems. Offers a complete C/C++ programmable system with a high performance CPU (40 MHz 188), up to 512 KB ROM/Flash, 512 KB battery-backed SRAM, 512-byte serial EEPROM, ADC and DAC.

A-Engine-86 /86-P /86-D

C/C++ programmable microprocessor module based on a 40 MHz, 16-bit CPU (Am186ES, AMD). Ideal for industrial process control and high-speed data acquisition. In addition to offering a 16-bit external data bus, the AE86 supports on-board 512 KB 16-bit Flash and up to 512 KB 16-bit battery-backed SRAM. All chips are surface-mounted.

A-Engine / A-Engine-P

The A-Engine is a C/C++ programmable microprocessor core module (5V only) with a 16-bit 40 MHz CPU. It supports up to 512 KB ROM/Flash, 512 KB battery-backed SRAM, and a 512-byte EEPROM. A real-time clock (RTC72423) provides information on the year, month, date, hour, minute, second, and 1/64 second. Two DMA-driven serial ports support communication up to 115,200 baud.

A-Core86

Measuring 2.3 x 2.2 x 0.3 inches, the A-Core86(AC86) is a C/C++ programmable microprocessor core module based on a 40 MHz, 16-bit CPU (186, AMD). Features such as its low cost, compact size, surface-mount flash, high performance, and reliability make the AC86 ideal for industrial process control and high-speed data acquisition. The A-Core-86 can be integrated into an OEM product as a processor core component.

A-Core

Low-cost, high performance, C/C++ programmable, 16-bit microprocessor core module. It is designed for embedded applications that require compactness, low power consumption, and high reliability. The A-Core is a minimized version of the A-Engine. It reduces the mechanical dimensions, cost and power consumption as compared with the A-Engine.

A104/A104-S Controller

16-bit PC/104 form factor (mechanical/electrically compatible) microcontroller. It is designed for embedded applications that require compactness, low power consumption, and high reliability. Measuring 3.8 by 3.6 by 0.5 inches, the A104 offers a complete C/C++ programmable computer system with a high performance CPU (188) and operates at 40 MHz.
